Berry Banana Smoothie


Here is a seriously delicious smoothie to try for a quick breakfast to sustain you for hours. The banana, oats and almond milk make it thick and creamy, while the berries give a beautiful colour and sweetness. A generous handful of spinach adds a good dose of revitalising greens so that you’ll be glowing from the inside out all day long!

Prep time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

· 1 banana

· 2 Medjool dates (optional)

· 1 big handful of spinach

· 2 handfuls of frozen berries *

· ½ cup almond milk

· 3 tbsp oats

· 1 tbsp chia seeds

· 1 tbsp your favourite protein powder (optional)

METHOD

Simply peel the banana and be sure to pit the dates, then pour everything into your blender and blend until smooth!

* fresh berries and a little ice will work perfectly if you prefer.
