What's involved?
Alison will have a consultation with you (usually a 10-15 minute phone call) to determine your goals and find out your food preferences. She will then create a meal plan you are actually excited about and can stick to, because it is designed specifically for your personal tastes and lifestyle. Plus, her plans have delicious recipes!
